01/04/2010 - Planning Guidelines for the Aggregate and Quarry Industry Launched


The Guidance Note: Planning Guideline for the Aggregate and Quarry Industry was launched on 31 March at Parliament by the Minister for the Environment Hon Dr Nick Smith,

A Guidance Note is a document that is stored on the Quality Planning website, owned and administered by the Ministry for the Environment. The Planning Guideline for the Aggregate and Quarry Industry outlines the key matters in planning for quarrying describes the effects of quarrying and the methods available to manage these effects under the RMA.
